I was very satisfied with the amount of damages that I received at the end of the case and was also very happy with the communication provided to me by my solicitor. I felt that I received a great level of service and would certainly recommend the use of these solicitors to friends, family or anyone else in the future.
Thank you to a job well done to David Lunt and all your staff. See more about industrial diseases.
CH Legal successfully secured £2,500.00 in compensation for David, after he was diagnosed with noise induced hearing loss. David was employed by Dresser-Rands UK Limited and Gland Supplies Ltd from the mid 1980’s to the late 1990s. David was employed as a Maintenance Electrician on the factory which exposed him to heavy industrial noise in the fabrication bays, machine shop and welding bays on a daily basis. Unfortunately, David was not provided with hearing protection and as a consequence, he became aware years later that his hearing loss was due to exposure to excessive noise and not due to age as previously thought. David is happy with the successful outcome and the compensation he has received.
It was quite a stressful period for me as I needed to claim against my own driver. As soon as I made contact with Tom Phillips I felt assured that he had the relevant experience and knowledge to deal with my case. He explained the process and was in contact with me throughout the length of my case, I never had to contact him for an update because he was in regular contact with me which meant I could get on knowing my case was in safe hands. My claim was settled within four months of me contacting the firm which was a shock to me as I have heard of cases taking years to settle. I was really impressed and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and his firm to anyone.
I felt that the personal manner of my file hander Tom Phillips was outstanding as well as the communication I received from the firm regarding updates being provided on my case. The overall service I received from CH Legal was also outstanding and I would certainly recommend their services to my friends and family.

If I was ever unsure of anything all I had to do was call or email & I would be provided with the help & information that I needed. The end result of this situation was what I wanted thanks to CH Legal so I would definitely recommend them.
