  • Preparation or amendment of all staff contracts

  • Preparation or amendment of Company Policies
  • A dedicated telephone support line to discuss any HR related issues
  • Full employment law advice (up to and including Tribunals)
  • A HR arm to your business

We also appreciate the pressure that comes with running a business and particularly when you are an SME, start up or growing business the difficulties you can face with anything from budgeting to just having someone to bounce an idea off.

As part of our service we offer a business advisory helpline which you can utilise as part of the fixed fee for up to one hour per month. We recognise that you are not going to have business issues every month and so we offer a ‘bank for later’ clause within this framework so that if you do not use the business advisory helpline, we will bank 30 minutes of billable time against any future legal work (subject to terms and conditions) you may require to be undertaken, such as (for example) a commercial dispute or the drafting of new terms and conditions.
