Mrs Kathleen Edgar, aged 66, from Radcliffe, £7,000.00
CH Legal successfully obtained compensation in the sum of £7,000.00 as a result of an accident that she had in a car park in icy conditions in Bury. The claim was brought against the owners of the car park for not correctly gritting the car park in icy conditions resulting in Mrs Edgar’s fall. Liability was contended on the basis that none of the parties (the owners of the car park, management and sub-contractors) would accept liability. Unfortunately, Mrs Edgar suffered a fracture to the right wrist to the distal radius. CH Legal preserved and successfully obtained Mrs Edgar the compensation she deserved.
